We cultivate our estates in Northern Evia by applying the rules of organic farming with special care and passion. The products we produce, figs, olives, clams are of excellent quality, taste and healthy.
With great care by taking hygienic and safety measures, we process our products in our laboratory and market them in high-quality packaging at affordable prices.
The figs are naturally dried in the estate. Then, they are sized, washed with hot water (not hot), packed in vacuum-packed bags and sealed.
With dried figs, the paste of fig (airtight) is prepared in six different flavors depending on its ingredients:

coconut - cocoa - vanilla

Sikoboukitsas are small dried figs stuffed with nut, almond and flavored with vanilla and mastic Chios
The Sycamel is made from dried figs and water, very nutritious, rich in iron with a special and delicate flavor, ideal for salads, beverages, gourmet dishes!
The Olives, a variety of reeds and ribbons, naturally blot out and are placed on the market air-tightly closed in vacuum bags of 250 grams. in brine or without brine, without any salt. From olives we produce olive paste in a gentle and spicy flavor.
In our packing machine we make spoon sweets and jams with raw material from the fruits of our estates.
